Most agencies post content and call it strategy. We'd rather build the systems that actually grow your brand, on Instagram, YouTube, and wherever your audience actually hangs out.
We started Bluebee because most "digital growth" is just noise dressed up as strategy. We wanted to build the opposite.
So we run pages, build systems, and handle growth for brands that actually care about how they show up online. We set up what needs to run, then we stay and make it run well. No disappearing after the kickoff call.
It's two founders and a small, senior team. You talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages. That's on purpose, and it's not changing as we grow.
No monthly reports that say nothing. No busywork dressed up as strategy. If we can't point to something that actually changed, we haven't done our job.
We don't take a brief and vanish. We stay in it. Every step has a reason, every decision gets tracked, and the work keeps moving long after the first call.
Content only works when there's a system behind it. So that's where we start.
We build the structure first, then run it: what goes out, when, and why. We keep an eye on what's working, hold on to the parts that do, and rebuild the parts that don't. Every post has a reason to exist, and every campaign has a point.
We'd rather show you what changed than send you a report about it.
We do our best work with founders and brands who already know what they're building and just need a team that can keep up.
If you're still deciding whether any of this matters, we're probably a little early for you. And if the first question is about price, we're probably not your people.
But if you want a system, not just another service on a list, let's talk.
No pitch deck needed. Just tell us what you're working on, and we'll be honest about whether we can help.
No automated replies, no sales calls. A real person reads every message, usually one of the founders.
We normally get back within a day.
One question at a time. No long form.
A line or two is plenty. We just want the gist.
Give us a sentence or two to work with.Your email. We reply personally, usually within a day.
That email doesn't look right.Skip it if you'd rather stay low-key. We don't mind.
Got it. We'll read it properly and reach out if there's a fit.
